What we collect

Depending on how the extension is used, we may collect and process:

Data stored in browser storage

The extension stores some data locally in browser storage so the product remains usable between sessions. This can include reporter name, reporter email, validated project configuration, and temporary project tokens. This browser storage stays on the user's device unless the user clears it or removes the extension.

How we use the data

We use the collected data to operate the feedback workflow, including to:

We do not sell personal data collected through the extension.

Where the data goes

Submitted feedback is sent from the extension to the Zenjoy backend at feedback.zenjoy.be. From there, submissions and uploaded files may be processed and stored in Zenjoy systems and in Notion, which we use to manage feedback records and related files.

We may also rely on hosting, infrastructure, and security providers that support the operation of the service.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service, support the relevant client project, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and systems.

This can include sharing with Notion, infrastructure providers, and the Zenjoy client team responsible for the product or website the feedback concerns.

Retention and security

We retain submitted feedback for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain project records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and keep an audit trail of product decisions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service and the information processed through it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Users can choose whether to include optional files and can remove local browser storage by clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension.
